How do Tending Sessions work?

In Tending Sessions, we work, play, and create with The Art of Emotional Design toolkit. I designed this toolkit to empower folks in embracing their emotional landscape, and then to work with that landscape to grow their desired reality, in harmony with the great mystery.

Testimonial:

A session with Hannah feels a bit like somatic experiencing, a bit like immersion therapy, and a bit like Alice Through the Looking Glass. The kindness, presence, intelligence, and creativity she brings to her work makes the process itself feel like a living being that moves and breathes and changes shape before your eyes.

Hannah has developed a map that illuminates the cyclical, systemic nature of our emotions. Using this map, she gently guides you up and out of one emotional-state to another. Sometimes, the feelings are transmuted, or the spell for transmutation is carefully crafted. Other times, the feeling acts as a thread of our past, helping us gain awareness of the deeper nature of emotional triggers and associations, while working through residue stored in the body.

Like all talented practitioners, Hannah knows how to allow the aliveness and uniqueness of each session to unfold the way it needs, while still holding a strong container in place. Her presence evokes a sense of security and unconditional love during a tender unraveling. As the name of her practice implies, her style is a “tending.” She stokes the fires, waters the parched flowers, and shines warm candlelight into the hidden nooks and crannies of the soul. She illustrates how to create, and how to allow.

Hannah’s work is sure to be a golden ticket for anyone learning or relearning how to feel their feelings, practice radical self acceptance, or open in trust of divinity/spirit/what-is-bigger-than-us. She does not claim or preach salvation, she simply offers us the tools to become better equipped to handle where we are.  She helps us see and remember the magic available to us in our own luminosity.
