The Art of Imagination - Nashville
Prompts in your pocket. Magic at the table.
What it looks like:
What if you had prompts in your pocket to activate your preferred reality—individually and together? In a world where we are conditioned to focus on problems and navigate cognitive fatigue, cultivating emotional awareness is an act of liberation. Asking “What if things work out better than I can even imagine?” is a muscle we get to strengthen in community. Join us for an intimate, nourishing evening to embrace your creative liberation, move in harmony with your inner weather, and stock your tending-to-yourself toolkit with the power of intentional imaginative play. The Experience & Craft We will gather around a warm, art-supply-strewn table to create a judgment-free sanctuary. We begin with a heart-centered check-in to sense and express our "inner weather," introducing our core framework: how our emotions live on a natural spectrum and serve us at different rungs of the ladder. Whether you feel stuck, frustrated, or vibrantly inspired, there is a prompt for you. Then, the table opens into a playful format where we select from a menu of over 30 imagination prompts. As Hannah teaches each game, your hands will be moving (if you want). Every participant gets a stack of 40 blank tarot cards on heavy watercolor paper and access to our watercolor kits to paint, collage, and decorate your cards. You won't finish the deck in two hours, but you will leave with a magnificent start on a physical memento to return to again and again.
