What it looks like:
This is an interactive midday gathering that helps us focus on what we want to create — whether for ourselves, our relationships, our work, or our communities . As we move toward the harvest of late summer and fall, these sessions give you a living, breathing practice for tending to your inner garden, calling in and creating the reality you're ready for — over a shared meal. Using guided imagination games, we'll explore a treasure trove of approaches designed for different energy levels, emotional states, and vantage points. Whether you're new to manifestation practices or a seasoned pro, you'll discover that the real power isn't just in knowing these practices — it's in having a rich toolkit that meets you wherever you are, making it easier to actually remember to engage your imagination consistently. Think of it as making sure you have the basket ready to harvest what is ready to come to you. Each 2-hour midday session begins with a brief grounding & discussion of the power of intentional imagination, then moves into an engaging, choose-your-own-adventure format. Participants take turns selecting from over 30 imagination prompts, which I teach and demonstrate. Respond yourself or simply observe the example — there's no pressure to share, and passing is always welcome. While folks take turns with the prompts, everyone's welcome to be crafting their own Art of Imagination card deck — by the end of the series, you'll have a set of prompt cards to use and share with your own life-collaborators. This is a judgment-free space where playfulness, curiosity, and creative possibility are celebrated. Come as you are, break bread with fellow imaginers, and let's strengthen our imaginations together. 7 participants maximum. When: Wednesdays starting September 16th, 11 am - 1 pm (in-person, SE Portland office) Investment: $200 for the 5-week series, or $188 if you sign up with a friend (use code "LUNCHBUDS") Bring your own lunch, or add on catering from Underbite PDX for +$100 (sandwich, soup or chips, and a beverage each week)
